Using the Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) framework, we developed the Headache and Arts program to teach high school students about migraine and concussion through the visual arts. We encourage students to learn about the brain, perception, migraine, and concussion by creating a work of art. Migraine art depicts the pain or neurologic symptoms associated with migraine and concussion. Our students will serve as ambassadors who disseminate important public health knowledge.
